How IntVue protects your hiring data

Your candidates trust you with their answers, recordings and CVs. Here is what IntVue does to keep that data safe, and how AI is used with it.

How we protect your data

Encrypted connections

Every page and every call to our servers goes over HTTPS. The web app also sends strict browser security headers.

Private recordings and files

Interview recordings, CVs and uploaded files are private. They open only through short-lived signed links.

Passwords and sign-in

Passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes, never as text. Sessions expire on their own, and repeated sign-in attempts are slowed down.

Permissions on every request

Our servers check each request against the user’s role and permissions, and every company sees only its own data.

Card details stay with Stripe

Card numbers go straight from your browser to Stripe, our payment provider. They never reach IntVue’s servers.

Keys kept encrypted

The passwords and keys IntVue uses to reach other services are stored encrypted, never as plain text in our code.

AI and your candidates

AI helps your team review faster. These rules decide where it can act.

Notices before the interview

Before an interview starts, candidates see the AI notices that apply where they and the role are. Their answer is recorded with the exact text they saw.

Talent pool only with consent

A candidate joins your talent pool only if they agree, and is removed automatically when that consent runs out.

Your team sets the rules

AI scores and ratings are suggestions for your reviewers, and AI never rejects a candidate. The only automatic rejection is a wrong answer to a choice question your team marked to reject.

Your data rights

Anyone can ask to see, correct or delete their personal data, or object to how it is used. Email support@intvue.com, or see “How to contact us” in our Privacy Policy. Candidates can also contact the employer who invited them.

Who processes data

The AI, transcription and storage services that handle candidate data are listed on our subprocessors page, with what each one does.
